Not Veterinary Advice: The information provided on this Website, including product descriptions, articles, and any other content, is for general informational purposes only. It is not intended to be a substitute for professional veterinary advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always seek the advice of your veterinarian with any questions you may have regarding your pet's medical condition.

Product Use: Our products are intended for canine (dog) use only. Please follow the "Suggested Use" instructions on the packaging for all products.

Supplements Disclaimer: Our nutritional supplements are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. They are formulated to support your dog's wellbeing as part of a healthy lifestyle.

Treats Disclaimer: Our treats are intended for supplemental feeding or as a reward and are not a complete meal. Always supervise your pet when giving any treat or chew. Ensure fresh drinking water is always available.

3. Products, Pricing & Availability

Pricing: All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and are inclusive of GST where applicable. Prices are subject to change without notice.

Product Descriptions: We strive to ensure that our product descriptions are accurate. However, we reserve the right to modify product details at any time.

Stock Availability: We endeavour to ensure that all products listed on the Website are in stock. In the event that an item in your order is unavailable, we will contact you to offer a suitable replacement or a full refund for that item.

4. Orders, Payment & Security

Orders: By placing an order, you are making an offer to purchase a product on and subject to the following Terms. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including limitations on quantities available for purchase or errors in product or pricing information.

Payment: Payment must be made in full at the time of checkout. We use secure third-party payment gateways (e.g., Stripe, PayPal) to process transactions. Your complete credit card number cannot be viewed by Wellaroo or any other outside party.

5. Shipping & Delivery

Domestic Shipping: We ship orders across Australia. Shipping costs and delivery times will be calculated at checkout. While we aim to dispatch orders promptly, we cannot guarantee delivery times.

International Shipping: As we expand, please note that orders shipped to countries outside of Australia may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and fees levied by the destination country. The recipient of an international shipment is responsible for all such import fees.

Address Accuracy: It is your responsibility to provide a complete and accurate shipping address. We are not liable for orders delivered to an incorrect address supplied by you.

6. Returns & Refunds

Change of Mind: We may accept returns for unopened products in their original, saleable condition within 30 days of receipt. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Faulty or Damaged Goods: If you receive a product that is faulty or damaged, please contact us at info@wellaroo.com.au within 7 days of receipt with photographic evidence. We will arrange for a replacement or a full refund at our expense.

Taste Preference: We cannot offer refunds or exchanges on opened products simply because your pet does not like the taste. We recommend purchasing a single pouch to trial first if you have a fussy pet.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this Website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and product packaging designs, is the property of Wellaroo Pty Ltd and is protected by Australian and international copyright laws. The Wellaroo name and logo are trademarks of Wellaroo Pty Ltd.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Wellaroo Pty Ltd shall not be liable for any special or consequential damages that result from the use of, or the inability to use, the products sold on this Website. Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the goods, as governed by the Australian Consumer Law.
